Overview
The Friends of the Milford Library is a non-profit, 501(c)3 volunteer organization. The focus of the group is to foster relations between the Milford Library and the community, to focus attention on library services, and to encourage and support fundraising activities.
Project Goal
Raise awareness of the friends of Milford library program to engage current users and setting a goal of attracting new members. Monetize the app to raise funds for the library and community with a subscription model. Develop an app that will provide ease of use for its users, connecting to a national ebook database and a local database.
Target Users
New members and existing members
Context & Analysis
Based on the research and the Assumption I started mapping out each and every step the user will take—from a new or existing account, right through to the final step, checkout. On the other hand, context will allow me to design and build experiences that are personalized to meet the unique needs of the individual user base.
The goal of a Visitor: To provide a fast, easy & secure audiobook check-in and check-out based on subscription services.
Time: The interaction starts as soon as the visitor or guest opens the app.
Device: Tablet, Mobile device

Final Design
After sketches and developing a user flow, I came up with the final designs. The goal here was to design the final UI flow of the overall experience from app download to the end-user listening experience and ultimately joining the subscription-based service..
